		<description>Hmm I haven&#039;t been a leader before.  But if I was here is how I would do it.  I would approach the two (or others) employees who are feuding and ask them to step aside, relax and cool down a bit.  Then I would talk to them individually and talk to co-workers about it.  Then I would come to a decision and try to talk to both sides.  If I have some judgement or repraimnd to say I would say it- firmly but also in a constructive way.
