I recently went through an interview panel with 3 hiring Managers who came across as smug and arrogant. How can I successfully show the Interview Panel that I am the right person for the job? Any tips or strategies would be most helpful, thank you!
Just be yourself, remember you don’t have to prove anything.
Tell the your qualities and why you think you are the right person for the job.
IF all else fails agree and suck up lols.
